Our in-season women’s rugby programme is 10 weeks long and is designed specifically for women, to be used during the regular rugby season. Whether you are new to the gym or an experienced lifter this programme will help you develop rugby specific strength, speed, fitness, and power. This is our most comprehensive rugby programme to date, packed full of content designed to take the guesswork out of training. The program is immersive but time efficient, with many of our speed and cardio sessions designed as add-ons to your regular one to two day a week rugby training sessions that you would have with your club. Furthermore, we have comprehensive prehab and recovery sessions that will help prevent injury and promote effective recovery between matches so you can stay on top of your game. All of this for less than 5 pounds a week!
