About the Programs

To perform on the pitch, you need to be training like an athlete. Axe Rugby programs harness decades of experience in elite rugby from S&C, physio and coaching to provide players with the best rugby programs. Our team has worked extensively in women’s rugby and we know how to program for the demands of the womens’ game.
